Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, Don will be interfacing with all areas of design and management. He is highly pleased with this move, and volunteered this comment:

"I had two other offers and another pending. The position I accepted allows me to work from home for weeks at a time, so I don't need to leave my family for long periods. After the first 9 months I can live anywhere I choose. Ski country has my name written all over it. The company is in a growth position, and is strong financially."

"The sample letters and resume really helped. My resume was okay, but it wasn't generating any interest. I switched to yours and the interest improved. Using the examples of the letters you provided to make one that fit me was of great help, especially in the opening paragraph."
